Job Title: Industrial Master Electrician

What you will get to do:
* Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in an industrial environment, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including high-voltage and low voltage systems, transformers, motors, and control systems.
* Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant electrical codes and standards, conduct regular safety inspections and assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective measures, promote a culture of safety, ensuring all team members follow safety protocols and best practices.
* Mentor a team of maintenance staff, provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in electrical systems.
* Plan and coordinate electrical projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting, collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, inspections, and installations, prepare reports on electrical system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades as necessary.
* Respond to electrical emergencies, troubleshooting issues promptly, and implement repairs to minimize downtime and safety risks.
You will bring these qualifications:
Experience Level: Mid-Level
Education: Completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program. High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
* Must have current Industrial Master Electrician License
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in industrial electrical work required
* Must be proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
* Strong knowledge of electrical theory, NEC (Electrical Code), and safety regulations required
* Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills required
* Must be experienced with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), servo drives, and servo motors
Shift & Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Occasional overtime or emergency response may be required, including off-shift and weekend work. Six-day work weeks required during peak season.
