Our Supported Living services help people to live as independently as possible. You will be responsible for delivering support for people to live in a safe, excellent quality and happy home.

The Hours
Individual needs come first, and so we need a lot of flexibility when it comes to your working hours. These will be scheduled Monday-Sunday on a rota basis with the rest of your team and can include sleep-ins; waking nights; weekends; and Bank Holidays. While these are our standard shifts, we can accommodate flexible working requests and part-time hours to meet personal requirements. This can be discussed at interview.
You can pick up additional hours as and when you want to at an hourly rate of £12 per hour under our separate relief contract.
What You Will Do:
* Provide excellent support with personal care to maintain high hygiene standards.
* Help to make sure our physical environment is happy and stimulating.
* Provide a choice of activities and support that they can choose from depending on their own likes, preferences, and aspirations.
* Maintain a high standard of living for individuals including cooking, shopping, laundry, gardening and other aspects of a domestic nature.
* Support with their day-to-day finances.
* Help with any medical appointments or other health needs identified in their person-centred plans.
* Support and assist with any moving and handling equipment, including wheelchairs respectfully, and maintaining their dignity.
* Administer medication in accordance with individual plans.
* Support and encourage them to participate in leisure, work or voluntary activities.
* Respond and report on any incidents/concerns that arise in accordance with health and safety, safeguarding and incident management processes.
In certain areas, you may be asked to provide support services to young people.
