The Role
We are seeking a driven and personable Recruitment Resourcer to support our recruitment operations across the North of England. This role is primarily phone-based and requires building and nurturing relationships with candidates and clients alike, ensuring CDM consistently delivers an outstanding recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Advert Management: Craft engaging job adverts to attract top talent, manage job board postings, and efficiently handle candidate responses.
* Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular contact with candidates, fostering long-term professional relationships.
* Screening and Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive initial screenings, vetting, and preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
* Market Research: Support consultants by researching market trends, projects, and key industry players to strengthen our recruitment strategy.
* Data Management: Ensure candidate data is accurately maintained and updated using our CRM systems, adhering to relevant compliance standards.
