Our client, a prestigious institution, is seeking a Maintenance Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Head of Maintenance and the wider team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of planned and reactive maintenance Coordinate service contracts, inspections, and contractor visit Manage health & safety documentation and risk assessment Assist with project planning, logistics, and compliance Process orders, invoices, and maintain budget record Support sustainability initiatives and energy data tracking What Were Looking For: Strong administrative and organisational skills Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external contractors Knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and maintenance procedures is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping systems This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team in a dynamic and supportive environment as Maintenance Administrator.
