JOB TITLE: HSEQ Administrator JOB LOCATION: Northern Ireland/Cumbria TERMS: Permanent/Full time THE JOB This is an opportunity for someone who would like to work within a dynamic, exciting, growing organisation. Assisting the HSEQ team, this role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, exceptional organisation skills, excellent Microsoft office skills and the ability to work as a key part of a very busy team. You will ensure our documentation is up to date, accurate and systematic. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Display Screen Equipment - send out the self-assessment Form and maintain register Assist with Administration tasks involved in the onboarding and HSEQ Induction of new starters into the business. Assist with the ongoing maintenance of our HSEQ App, managing changes to escalation lists and completion of change management within the App. Assist with the sharing of HSEQ communications within our business while maintaining a register. Assist with health and safety inspections within our fixed locations. Assist with monitoring of our lone working software. Analysis data on HSEQ compliance and develop weekly KPI reports. Assist with administration tasks for HSEQ award submissions. Monitor the H&S email inbox. Maintain and update records of internal audit and inspections. Provide routine reports and statistical data on outstanding audits / inspections, and collate and distribute details of outstanding corrective actions Monitor compliance with supplier's approval process. Collating information for carbon footprint reporting and Waste Management processes. Support with audit preparations. Supporting the wider HSEQ team with department projects / team meetings etc. WHAT WILL YOU BRING? You should have experience in an administrative background and consistently produce high quality work with a key focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent people skills Previous experience working in a busy team. Highly organised, able to manage a varied workload with competing demands. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. You are a flexible and adaptable person, able to work with other teams. As the HSEQ Administrator you will have an interest in Health and Safety, as well as experience within an administrative role. Ideally you will have previous experience working with contractors and working within a compliance role, however this is not essential. You will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to maintain accuracy whilst working to deadlines and be extremely organised. IS FIBRUS FOR ME?
