Role Overview: We are currently seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our Fleet Department, providing vital administrative support to our Fleet and Distribution teams. You will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our company’s fleet of vehicles. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and schedule vehicle servicing for the Waltham Cross fleet. Ensure compliance with O licence and other legal requirements (Insurance MID, ULEZ, DVS permits, etc.). Manage breakdown communications and daily defects to ensure fleet efficiency. Oversee vehicle register, hire vehicles, and road taxation for the fleet. Assist with fleet fuel system and stock level management. Support fleet admin tasks for depots, telematics, and small parts. Process accident claims and communicate with the insurance company. Raise purchase orders and manage fleet-related costs. Manage updates for new drivers in the telematics systems. What We’re Looking For: Education: Good general education (GCSEs in English and Maths, grade C or above). Experience: Previous administrative experience (ideally in logistics or fleet management). Fleet Knowledge: Knowledge of fleet compliance processes is an advantage. Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and multi-tasking skills. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Why Join Us?
