Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and support business growth. Drive awareness and customer acquisition through innovative lead generation and conversion campaigns. Oversee and optimise group websites to enhance customer engagement, improve performance, and boost conversion rates. Lead SEO initiatives to maintain competitive rankings and manage digital PR campaigns to amplify brand visibility. Manage external digital marketing agencies to ensure strong ROI on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook. Lead the execution of the brand marketing strategy to strengthen the company’s local and national presence. Maintain consistent and impactful brand positioning across all marketing initiatives. Plan, coordinate, and execute events and trade shows on both national and international levels throughout the year. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, generating actionable insights to optimise marketing strategies. Present regular reports on marketing effectiveness and ROI to senior management.
