Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Credit Hire Live Hire Monitor to join our team on a permanent basis. As part of the wider Claims function, the Credit Hire Live Hire Monitor role is responsible for supporting the Credit Hire team in achieving the key performance targets by managing the third-party hire period.
What you will do:
* Provide our customers with fantastic and fair customer service.
* Handle Claims in accordance with best practice guide and regulatory requirements.
* Consistently manage live hire monitoring tasks.
* Aim to reduce hire periods through proactive review and settlement of repairs/total loss outcomes on third-party claims.
* Adhere to the legal and regulatory framework in accordance with the relevant bodies.
* Complete exception & audit controls within agreed timescales.
* Comply with internal esure policy and procedures, and comply with external best practice and legislation, equal opportunities.
* Work collaboratively with your team and wider business to achieve the best outcomes for esure and our customers.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
* Existing knowledge of claims or processes within claims is highly beneficial.
* The ability to demonstrate quality claims handling with a clear understanding of the need for reserving accuracy on all claims.
* The ability to effectively communicate with customers and third-party representatives.
* The ability to collaborate with individuals from all areas of a business.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills. Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your own time effectively whilst working to tight deadlines.
* A passion for spotting market trends & potential strategies that can support the department.
