Job Description
Due to a growing team, we are excited to be recruiting for a senior marketing position in the Migraine marketing team. The successful candidate will join an energetic, ambitious and agile team and work within a supportive environment which also offers opportunity for personal skills and career development.
The Senior Brand Manager role will be based in our offices in Maidenhead and will lead on strategic planning and the active management of disciplined execution for the brand in collaboration with the wider cross functional brand team.
No direct line management accountability, however, the successful individual will play a critical leadership role not only as part of the marketing team, but as a critical part of the Migraine leadership group. This individual will be expected to role model the AbbVie ‘Ways We Work’ at the highest level to ensure success.
Strategic planning
* Lead on strategic planning for all Migraine indications, ensuring high quality, data & insight driven decisions are made to maximise the benefit for migraine patients. This may include launch planning for future indications as well as maximising the success of existing indications.
Excellence in Execution
* Accountability, working closely with the Brand Lead, to ensure the strategic plan is executed to ensure the highest possible level of positive impact.
o Definition of clear measures and goals for success
o Ongoing performance management against those goals
* This includes execution of success-critical marketing campaigns as part of the marketing team.
Stakeholder management
* As part of a highly cross functional organisation, ensure relationships are fostered both internally and externally to deliver alignment and support for key initiatives.
* This includes local, regional, global and external stakeholders (healthcare professionals, pharma service providers etc).
OmniChannel Transformation
* Accelerate AbbVie’s journey towards omnichannel excellence to deliver the highest quality customer engagement within the industry
* This includes support evolving ways of working across the UK affiliate
* Support on the planning and execution of customer journeys, ensuring optimal impact and agility in optimising performance of campaigns
Maximising impact whilst ensuring the highest standards
* Support the ongoing culture of compliance to the ABPI code and internal ways of working, whilst leveraging knowledge and experience of working with such frameworks to maximise the customer experience and impact of campaigns.
