About the Role Our Midlands region has had amazing growth over the last year and we are now looking for a second Regional Sales Manager for this region. The purpose of this role is to drive our sales up take in the areas we have built our network in. The role is target driven with the key focus on getting customers onboard and installed in your region. You will play a key part in contributing to, and delivering, the sales strategies in your region, and you will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and increasing our market share in your region. This will involve collaborating and working closely with our Marketing, Business Development and Telesales teams to ensure that your region hits it's targets. You will also work closely with our installs team to optimise our sales to install journey and achieve the required amount of installs for your region each month. As part of this, you will lead and coach a team of door-to-door sales execs and work with your Door to Door Sales Team Managers to develop and manage your wider team. Leading by example, with an ability to sell via different means and channels, you will create new opportunities to enable us to be known and grow in your sales region. As part of your role is leading a field sales team you will need to be out in the Field each week with your teams to achieve your regions results. You can expect to work closely with the brsk People team to expand your team with both experienced and trainee sales execs, supporting our training program to ensure that you are setting up your sales team for success. About you : We're looking for someone who is motivated, ambitious, customer and target driven with an exceptional work ethic. You’ll be someone passionate about driving the uptake of our broadband services in your region. You will be self-motivated and willing to get your sleeves rolled up and get stuck in. Passionate about delivering amazing customer service you will have a real drive to do things differently and make your region a success. This is a really varied role mixed between being on the ground with your team as well as strategically delivering what is needed to drive sales in your area so you need to be adaptable and organised. You need to be a strong collaborator and communicator to ensure that you are working with all key stakeholders to make your region a success We are looking for someone with commercial experience in sales management and who has driven sales in a B2C environment. You will also be highly experienced in leading, motivating, training and managing a team to deliver results with people at all different levels of experience is essential. Experience in working with data and reporting is also key. Telecoms experience is advantageous but not essential. You will split your time working from home and across your region, being present with your team building our brand and developing your team to deliver results. Ideally you will be based in the Midlands and able to drive. Salary Competitive base.
