The role As the Group Director of Procurement and Cost, you will lead the development and implementation of successful procurement strategies. Working across the Kew Green portfolio, you will oversee the day-to-day supply chain, whilst developing key strategies and building supplier relationships. This role is reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and a member of our Senior Leadership Team. This role is remote, with national travel required to our UK hotel portfolio and Head Office in Richmond, London, on a regular basis. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage the procurement strategy across the Kew Green portfolio Collaborate with the senior leadership team, operational teams, suppliers, and all stakeholders to develop efficiencies and execute the group procurement strategy, delivering cost savings Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management Identify and support business development opportunities, driving strategic value Negotiate supplier agreements, overseeing the entire process from review and sourcing to implementation and contract management, ensuring delivery of peak service and managing the supplier relationship Ensuring that all contracts meet the needs of the business Review sustainability in all procurement activities Provide expert advice on industry-leading best practices in procurement and cost management Lead the procurement team to support delivery of the procurement plan Meet key performance indicators, reporting to key stakeholders as required Full details of the role will be discussed with the shortlisted candidates.
