We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a project in Hucknall. This short-term cover requires a skilled candidate who can hit the ground running and ensure smooth project continuity.
Requirements:
1. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
2. 1st Aid Certificate
3. CSCS Card
4. Field View Experience (essential)
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
2. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
3. Maintain records and documentation on Field View.
4. Monitor project progression and address any on-site issues promptly.
