Your role would entail providing a high standard of support across the office, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and in a consistently accurate and timely manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for: &x2022; Assist with any store/stock duties. e.g. receive and process the deliveries&x2022; Sorting waste for recycling&x2022; Help keep the store neat and tidy&x2022; Prepare materials for jobs, projects and preparing for the drivers to collect&x2022; Book jobs for drivers&x2022; Keep a record of incoming and outgoing materials by logging into the internal database&x2022; Log outgoing materials&x2022; Help drivers to load and unload materials and dispose of waste materials&x2022; Load and unload old and new fire extinguishers from the crate&x2022; Assisting with call outs if required&x2022; Filing, Database/spreadsheet work&x2022; Other admin duties What&x2019;s in it for you &x2022; On the job training provided, including Health and Safety&x2022; Career progression Ideally you should live within a 10-mile radius of Kingston upon Thames.
