Registered Manager, Children's Residential Home

We are working with a family-run, values-led provider who are looking for a Registered Manager to lead their established 4-bed EBD home. Recently inspected by Ofsted and rated Good, this home already has a strong, established team in place including a highly experienced Deputy Manager ready to support you.

Now heading into their fourth year, they already operate five homes, with two registered, two progressing through registration, and another in the renovation stage. Compliance managers and a robust leadership structure are in place to make sure their managers are properly supported, not left isolated or overstretched.
The home itself is settled, and the provider wants a Registered Manager who can focus on building further on their recent successes, creating a genuinely nurturing, therapeutic environment for young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
What you will be doing:
* Leading the day-to-day running of the home to create a safe, stable, and positive environment for the young people.
* Inspiring, supporting, and developing your team to consistently deliver high-quality care.
* Driving quality standards and ensuring full compliance with Ofsted and all regulatory requirements.
* Building positive relationships with external professionals, families, and the local community.
* Putting the needs of young people first and shaping personalised care plans that make a real difference.
What we are looking for:
* You must have previously held Ofsted registration as a Registered Manager & Level 5 Leadership and Management (or be very close to completing it).
* Strong knowledge and experience within EBD residential settings.
* A leadership style that is nurturing, collaborative, and child-centred.
* Clear understanding of regulatory requirements and safeguarding responsibilities.
* Someone who genuinely believes in empowering young people and their teams.
* A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
