Compliance Manager
We are hiring a Compliance Manager to oversee day-to-day regulatory compliance and drive operational excellence across multiple client locations. This role ensures alignment with UK regulatory standards and overall account compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage compliance for multi-site operations and supplier partners.
* Ensure EHS adherence, incident management, and root cause analysis.
* Maintain fire, legionella, and asbestos risk assessments, along with a comprehensive risk register.
* Oversee eLogbook systems, remedial work, and documentation standards.
* Drive business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management plans.
* Partner with site management, vendors, and client teams to deliver quality compliance services.
* Identify and resolve compliance or contractual issues and support corrective actions (CAPA).
* Mentor team members and manage staffing, performance, and development.
* Analyse and implement statutory compliance systems to support growth opportunities.
Requirements
* Degree or industry-standard qualification.
* Strong understanding of EHS legislation (Electrical, Fire, L8, Asbestos).
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of CMMS, technical writing, and quality systems compliance.
* Engineering expertise with the ability to estimate job requirements and train others.
* Proven track record in team management and stakeholder engagement.
Accountabilities
* Reports to the Global FM Account Manager.
* Oversees the compliance team and ensures financial and operational delivery.
