What we’re looking for: Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN. Proven experience in a senior nursing role (senior nurse, clinical lead nurse, unit manager etc), ideally within a nursing care setting. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent clinical skills and in-depth knowledge of care planning, medication management, and CQC regulations. A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a focus on promoting dignity and respect for residents. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with residents, families, and colleagues effectively. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and support a team of nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Monitor and assess residents’ clinical needs, ensuring that care plans are developed, implemented, and followed to achieve the best outcomes. Provide clinical leadership and expertise, mentoring and supporting the team to develop their skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, and continuously improve care practices. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to promote residents' well-being and ensure their individual needs are met.
