The Company:

For their Cheltenham site, our client is recruiting a General Manager.
Role objectives:
1. Lead the building team to deliver the company's values and member journey.
2. Create a proactive, empowering workplace for the team, members and building community.
3. Deliver targeted occupancy percentage and achieve location budget and KPI’s.
Role responsibilities will include:
1. Create, implement, review and revise your location sales plan.
2. Prospecting and organic site led activity to bring in new members.
3. Manage a pipeline of sales, working alongside an internal sales team.
4. Oversee calendar of community activities/events to enhance your community engagement.
5. Establish regular contact with members to ensure the team are exceeding expectations.
6. Assisting with recruitment and training of new team members for your location.
The candidate:
The successful candidate is likely to be from one of these professional backgrounds:
1. Flexi or serviced office background.
2. Local corporate hotel sales.
3. Business development managers.
4. Proactive sales in conference and events.
Remuneration:
A likely basic salary of c.£40,000, dependant on experience, plus benefits (including private healthcare) and an annual bonus.
