Based in the Degree Apprenticeships Team this is an exciting opportunity to supporting the delivery of a high-quality application & onboarding experience for our apprentices and their employers. Through the involvement with Programme Leads and our Faculty Liaison officers, the Apprenticeship Onboarding Officers will play a key role in the operation of the mechanisms to facilitate a smooth onboarding process, ensuring the applicants eligibility, residency and employment status meet the requirements of the funding body for Apprenticeship. In addition, working closely with the employers to ensure all funding is reserved within the Apprenticeship Service accounts and service agreements are completed. We are seeking someone strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience of working within an Apprenticeship provider is desirable but not essential. A methodical, flexible, and adaptable individual, we are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, a team player, with the ability to work on their own initiative.
