An opportunity has arisen for an Inside Sales Co-ordinator to join our Global Key Accounts team in Southampton. This role is responsible for the development of strategic relationships with key customers at a global, regional, or local level. The successful candidate will play a critical role in contract negotiation, business development, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal departments and external stakeholders as well as ensuring growth
Key Responsibilities:
* Contract Management – Lead the negotiation, execution, and management of customer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and commercial objectives.
* Business Development – Develop and implement strategies to expand customer accounts, drive revenue growth and volume and to assist with tender execution.
* Relationship Management – Establish and maintain strong client relationships, and represent the company at industry events.
* Digital Transformation – Promote and support the adoption of digital tools and e-commerce platforms to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements:
* Strong understanding of the shipping, logistics, and commercial sectors.
* Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Advanced English proficiency
* Strong attention to detail
