Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Paint Sprayer / Finisher located in Hinckley. They will be responsible for painting and refinishing fixtures used in retail and commercial settings. Daily tasks include preparing surfaces, spraying, mixing paints, and ensuring the quality of the finished product.
Qualifications
* Experience in spraying and finishing specifically within the retail / POS sector
* Knowledge of mixing paints
* Ability to prepare surfaces for painting
* Attention to detail and quality control skills
* Experience with a variety of spraying tools and equipment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
* Relevant certifications or training in paint spraying / finishing
* Ability to prioritise and manage workload
