Job title: Business Analyst
Contract length: 6 months + extensions (up to 2 years)

Pay rate: Circa £250.00 per day (inside IR35)
GPS Strategic Operations is a growing and highly cross-functional team. To support Global Public Sector growth, the EMEA GTM team is looking for a Business Analyst that focuses on delivering efficient, proactive, and innovative operational processes with a constant drive towards improving operational execution and implementing new Go-To-Market strategies (Frameworks, whole of government agreements, and other various contract vehicles).
This role requires many different skills and experiences such as project management, attention to detail, problem analysis and resolution, combined with an ability to simultaneously handle a variety of requests/projects across a broad spectrum of topics with differing priority levels and deadlines.
The GTM Business Analyst performs the core duties of working on initiatives/projects that have challenges, objectives and requirements of moderate scope and complexity. The Business Analyst responds to problems, prioritises correctly, systematically gathers information, sorts through issues, seeks input from others, develops accurate conclusions from findings, and makes timely decisions to prioritize and adapt to change.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the analysis, documentation, and assessment of new commercial routes as identified by senior team members.
* Manage/track aspects of framework participation such as bidding processes, content preparation, revision, and submission in various EMEA countries
* Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional departments and build relationships with a diverse set of business partners in an international environment
* Create framework maintenance plans & management of framework governance and obligations
* Develop enablement plans, stakeholder communication, training and support documentation on Salesforce processes and public sector purchasing rules related to EMEA frameworks
* Participate in the analysis of existing market routes to drive continued improvements and efficiencies
* Share best practices with the wider GPS Strategic Operations team to enhance quality and efficiency of the EMEA GTM program
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience in project management an a consistent track record of successful delivery of significant projects for several years
* Experience in an IT-orientated organization that sells into Public Sector and knowledge of public sector buying processes
* Experience of Public Procurement Framework such as G-Cloud, CONSIP, UGAP
* Experience across the following roles is desirable: business analysis, project management, consulting, strategy and planning
* Effectively communicate (written and verbal) across all levels of business
* Demonstrable ability to think creatively to achieve a defined outcome with innovation, against the backdrop of scale and repeatability in their approach.
* Experience with direct & indirect selling model
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
* Self-motivated to excel in an international position, collaborating effectively with various remote teams
* Familiarity with Business Applications (CRM) and Cloud Computing Concepts. Broad knowledge of Salesforce applications is highly desired or transferable job experience for other, similar cloud-based solutions
* Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English (additional European languages useful)
* Suitable Higher Education to degree level or equivalent.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite
