Job Description FACILITIES AND OPERATIONS MANAGER WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW? Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience Contract Type: Permanent Great Location A SNAPSHOT OF THE OPERATIONS MANAGER'S DAY Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of both soft and hard services on-site, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and in line with client expectations Working alongside the Account Manager, you will lead and manage the team to deliver exceptional service and operational standards Your role will include managing a site team, overseeing third-party contractors, and ensuring health and safety compliance across the estate People management and motivate the facilities assistants Build and maintain strong client relationships by attending meetings and ensuring that service standards align with operational needs and business objectives Oversee third-party service providers to ensure that services meet the agreed standards in line with the contractual agreements Understand client requirements and budgets, manage quotations, and raise required documents on necessary platforms for client approvals Conduct daily building walks to ensure that office environments remain clean, tidy, and presentable at all times Manage health and safety compliance The IDEAL PERSON Proven people manager, customer focussed and service orientated Good awareness of Health and Safety legislation and guidance Previous Facilities Management experience Good IT skills essential for the role, Word/Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint Knowledge and experience in regard to business administration and work management to support a range of customers and stakeholders You may have experience in addition to this which we will be happy to discuss.
