About the Role: As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of this luxury house builder, working from Thursday to Monday on-site in Ipswich to engage with potential buyers, build relationships, and guide them through their journey to owning a 5-star home. With an impressive range of projects in the pipeline, you'll have a consistent flow of high-quality leads and opportunities to work on stunning developments designed to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent the brand and offer a seamless, high-quality customer experience for each potential buyer
* Build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the home-buying process and delivering exceptional service
* Drive sales of premium properties and ensure customer satisfaction from first interaction to final handover
* Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize earning potential and commission
What We Offer:
* Competitive Base Salary: £32,000
* Realistic On-Target Earnings: Up to £60,000

Requirements:
* Proven experience in property sales, ideally within the new homes sector
