Administrator £30,000 - £32,000 DOE Mid Kent Permanent full time role Monday to Friday Are you an experienced administrator? Are you looking for a challenging, varied role? Then look no further My client, an established Construction firm are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. Duties include: Liaising with customers to arrange installations Sending order acknowledgements to customers Scheduling engineers for work and collating relevant paperwork Providing quotations, raising POS and sending customer invoices Keeping track of stock levels, ordering equipment, unpacking and checking the deliveries Dealing with enquiries, sometimes technical, from customers and engineers via telephone and email Arranging couriers General administrative duties as required To be considered for this role, you must have/be: Previous office based experience in a similar role Excellent customer service skills A great communicator Strong administrative skills Highly organised Competent using IT include: Microsoft and CRM systems This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are growing due to success, and offer a generous salary and benefits package, along with a fun working environment and genuine stability.
