Are you a Scottish qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 years' PQE and a strong background in real estate? Do you have some exposure to the energy sector and are looking for a dynamic, hands-on role? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking an Interim Lawyer (immediate start) to join one of AG Integrate's Energy and Utilities clients.
You will be responsible for providing crucial support in the negotiations and execution of high-volume NDAs, as well as assisting with a variety of third-party agreements for consultants and suppliers. Additionally, you will offer general legal advisory support to the business teams. A willingness or the ability to travel regularly to Scotland (Edinburgh area) is also a requirement.
