RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR PORTFOLIO ANALYST Leads reporting from programmes and projects and provides analysis, insight, and recommendation of decisions for improved of performance of the portfolio. Support the PMO Service Leads to communicate and build commitment to a shared vision and sense of purpose. Recognise and track interdependencies across the client Enterprise. Monitor portfolio risks (threats and opportunities) and escalate as appropriate. Manage and engage with a wide range of stakeholders. Using programmatic data develop predictive analytics to optimise project performance. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE SENIOR PORTFOLIO ANALYST Strong stakeholder management levels at all levels – internal/external (written and verbal) Power bi – development experience – minimum of a year SharePoint – knowledge of SharePoint lists, how to put them together and how to manipulate them. MS package – general knowledge and use At least 1 -2 years development experience Governmental organisation – highly desirable but not essential No specific sector experience providing transferrable skills Ability to work as part of a team.
