We are looking for a talented D365 CoE Team Lead to sit within the Ridge Technology team. You would join at an exciting time of growth in the wider company especially in the Technology team, where investment is being made to match the needs due to the success of the business. About the role We are looking for someone with a real passion for providing excellent Customer Support, who has the desire and willingness to learn and grow. We are interested in applicants who have established experience in running a small team of Microsoft D365 F&O and Microsoft D365 CE analysts, or people who are eager to grow into the role from relevant expertise. Similarly, we would welcome applicants who have a wider skill set in the Microsoft Power Platform space. This person will play a crucial role within the wider Technology team to ensure our D365 systems and Power Apps are secure, updated, available, and working well. You and your D365 CoE Team will operate these systems and provide both functional and technical support to our internal users. A key deliverable for the successful applicant will be the hiring of the D365 CoE Team members that you will line manage. This is a unique opportunity to join Ridge before these systems go live and you will be a key part of the team that decides how support will be delivered internally. You will understand key ERP and CRM concepts well, be customer focussed, and want to help people do their jobs effectively and efficiently. Excellent communication skills will be critical to successfully collaborate with all stakeholders and ensure success. What you need to do to be effective in this role Be process driven with the ability to resolve both technical and functional issues Manage and maintain our D365 F&O and D365 CE environments Own the end-to-end support experience for D365 F&O and D365 CE Provide the clarity and direction your team members need to be able to do their jobs well Identify and suggest improvements to the support model and tools we use Interpret data to understand the performance of the team and internal customer satisfaction Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders Remain informed on trends and issues relating to D365 F&O and D365 CE Create and maintain support process documents relating to D365 F&O and D365 CE Promote and drive a culture of Delivery Excellence within the team The skills and experience you need to have for this role Relevant experience within an D365 F&O / D365 CE support role (functional / technical) Team management experience and willingness to lead from the front Working knowledge of SaaS platforms (Azure, D365, M365) and ITSM tooling (Halo) Lead and develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders Results oriented and self-motivated to deliver with excellence Passion for continuous learning and development Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong time management skills
