Key Responsibilities: Drive national business growth by identifying and securing new clients. Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s reach and market share. Build lasting relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to enhance brand reputation. Proactively approach potential clients to present tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to new and existing clients. Prepare high-quality proposals, contracts, and presentations. Analyse market trends and opportunities to keep the company ahead of competitors. Accurately record and maintain sales activities in CRM systems. Ideal Candidate: We are seeking someone with: A proven track record in driving business growth in B2B sales, preferably within engineering, industrial, or facilities management sectors. Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing high-value deals & engineering service contracts. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships. The ability to work independently and take ownership of new business development initiatives. A confident and energetic personality, driven by achieving results.
