Henry Adams Lettings is pleased to have a position available for a full-time Property Manager in our Bognor Regis Office.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious and looking to begin a career in the Property industry.
You will work in a small team, where you will manage your own property portfolio, with a varied role from dealing with general day-to-day maintenance, end of tenancies, property inspections, and inventories, as well as ensuring all letting compliance is managed correctly.
From day one, you will be made aware of the clear route of progression with our Lettings department and the wider Henry Adams Group. With a culture that stands by promoting from within, we will work closely with you to help meet this goal and feel confident when taking on more responsibility, whilst being fully supported throughout.
Key responsibilities:
1. Answer general, maintenance and emergency phone calls, dealing with all general enquiries and resolving reported issues accordingly.
2. Act as a central point of contact for all landlords, tenants, managing agents, and contractors.
3. Instruct maintenance works and ensure the completion of the work.
4. Take lettings enquiries by telephone - register applicants and book viewings.
5. Complete mid-term property visits.
6. Inventory and checkout reports and dealing with deposit returns.
Requirements:
1. Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
2. Exceptional organisational, verbal, and written communication skills.
3. Expert communicator capable of effectively managing conflict and solving problems.
4. Ability to multi-task by employing effective time management strategies.
5. Full UK Driving Licence and Car.
Desirable:
1. Experience in Property Management or a related field for a minimum of 1 year. Ideally, the candidate will have the NFoPP Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm and One in Three Saturdays 9am to 4pm on a rota basis. Part-time hours are also available.
