About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll be helping students with a range of needs, including those with SEND. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing one-to-one or small group support in lessons.
2. Helping students access the curriculum and engage in their learning.
3. Supporting the development of life skills and confidence.
4. Collaborating with teachers and other staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
