What you'll be doing
Corpay^ is currently looking to hire a Customer Operations Team Manager within our UK Customer Services Operations division. This position falls under our Allstar Cards line of business based in Swindon, UK.
This is a full-time, permanent role based onsite at the Swindon office.
Allstar Cards is one of the UK’s leading fuel management solution providers, managing more than 1.2 million fuel cards in circulation and processing over 50 million transactions per year. The Allstar fuel card offers the largest and only true multi-branded fuel network in the UK, providing access to over 7,700 fuel sites, accepted by major brands, supermarket, and motorway locations. Allstar provides services to organisations ranging from small businesses and charities to large corporations and the public sector. Allstar is part of the global Corpay^ Group.
What you’ll be doing:
* Manage a team of between 9-10 FTE.
* Ensure best practice disciplines are maintained across the team resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction and delivery of commercial objectives.
* Look out for improvement opportunities within our area and share them with the wider team.
* Experience in working in a fast-moving operation or contact centre, with knowledge of real-time reporting, analytical skills to drive continuous improvement and deflecting customer contact.
* Strong stakeholder experience working with both internal and external customers.
* Monitor performance and lead the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide excellent service to customers.
* A strong leader and an exceptional team player who builds open and supportive relationships both internally and externally.
* Strong emotional intelligence - able to utilise a range of management techniques to get the best out of your team.
* Open, flexible and adaptable approach to work.
* Able to effectively prioritise and reprioritise.
* Solutions focused and resourceful.
* Committed to continual improvement.

What we’re looking for:
* Relevant managerial experience ideally in a target-driven environment.
* Experience of managing performance, taking corrective/preventative action and proven delivery of performance improvements.
* Experience of consulting with colleagues, conducting briefings and performance reviews.
* Experience of resource management, managing workflow and multiple tasks.
* Working in a customer service-focused environment.
* Experience of providing excellent written and verbal customer service.
