Scope Houlihan Lokey's Accounting team is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team based in Manchester. This team is responsible for the accounting of all entities located in Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. The role will predominantly focus on reviewing data input for the Accounts Payable teams, along with other ad-hoc duties. Responsibilities Oversee processing and payments of the AP invoices accurately, efficiently and to agreed timescale including the following: Review and initiate invoices input by the US team. Create weekly BACS payment runs. Manual payments, create then post and match in oracle. Regularly liaise with the inputter in the US. Regularly liaise with the Office Manager in each jurisdiction. General ad hoc accounts duties. Other ad hoc projects as and when required - System Testing etc. Cover for AP Manager Basic Qualifications Minimum of 2 years prior work experience within a finance team. Prior experience of using Oracle and Salesforce would be advantageous. Proficient in the use of Excel, Word and Outlook. Excellent attention to detail. Organized and able to manage different workstreams. Strong analytical, numeracy and literacy skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. An enthusiastic team player.
