Job overview
We are recruiting for a position based in our friendly and supportive team to support projects related to patient communications including text messaging, validations, surveys, questionnaires and the new OP Booking Call Centre.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person who is able to work well both within a team as well as unsupervised home working with strong self motivation, confidence & an eye for detail. Once fully trained there will be a working pattern of 1-2 day's onsite and 2-3 days working from home.
Whilst full support will always be available you will need the motivation and strong self discipline to manage your own assigned workload and escalate where necessary. Attention to detail is essential as you will be dealing with repetition where accuracy is key. You will need to be I.T competent and have experience with a variety of software.
NHS experience and technical expertise in patient communications systems would be advantageous though not essential as full training will be given for the right person.
