Temporary purchase ledger
Your new role
Hays are working with a growing organisation in North Bristol who are looking for a purchase ledger on a temporary basis. The organisation offers hybrid and flexible working. Pay for the role is £13 per hour + holiday. Main duties of the role include:
* Manually input invoices into the software system, matching against purchase orders and delivery notes
* Make payments for weekly pay run
* Deal with the accounts payable inbox
* Manage relationships with external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience working in a similar role
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel and formulas
* Flexible attitude to adapt when necessary
* Excellent communication skills
