Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a Reporting Analyst.
2. Gather reporting requirements and design efficient reporting processes.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who has experience working within a reporting role, ideally within the residential for rent sector. Due to the nature of the work, you’ll need strong technical and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail and SQL knowledge, along with experience working with property systems. This is a management role, so you’ll need demonstrable experience of people management with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
As the group has implemented Yardi, working knowledge of Yardi would be highly desirable, as would Power BI knowledge and experience.
