This role focuses on the sale of active pharmaceutical ingredients and other fine raw materials, leveraging a unique product offering that emphasises quality, transparency, and sustainability. About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead market expansion and develop a robust customer base across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Market Expansion: Identify and develop new market territories for raw materials, positioning our client as an industry leader. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Sales Lead Development: Maintain a dynamic database of sales leads, actively pursuing new opportunities. Support and Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial Sales Manager, contributing to the smooth operation of daily business activities. CRM Management: Keep meticulous records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. National Travel: Engage with clients across the country, with travel arrangements fully supported. Order Processing: Utilise Sage 50 software for order management, procurement, and logistics. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the company’s SOPs and engage in ongoing personal and professional development.
