Responsibilities
* Manage assigned clinical customer projects to ensure goals are achieved within the prescribed time frame, budget, and customer expectations.
* Fill the role of Lead Project Manager for global clinical studies when required. Diligently manage significant project matters to provide industry-leading customer experience, supporting PCI Clinical Service’s growth and success. Responsible for all activities related to a Clinical Distribution project.
* Serve as the primary customer contact for distribution activities, including business, relationship, and expectation management, with extensive external contacts.
* Prepare the Logistics Management Document specific to the customer’s study.
* Assist in developing detailed pack construction for efficient storage and distribution.
* Coordinate project activities by leading the Distribution Project Team and collaborating closely with Clinical Project Management and internal/external customers.
* Interact with customers, vendors, and internal colleagues to deliver service excellence and meet or exceed performance expectations.
* Coordinate distribution activities from order receipt to shipment acknowledgment as per Logistics Management Document.
* Set up Returns processes, including drug destruction, as per the Logistics Management Document.
* Facilitate billing for activities involving distribution, returns, destruction, and project close-out.
* Coordinate customer visits and activities based on customer needs.
* Review quotes for scope appropriateness, initiate change orders when necessary, and monitor project budget and scope creep.
* Coach, mentor, and supervise Associate Clinical Project Managers.
* Support business development and estimation for new quotations and resupplies.
* Maintain professionalism, quality, communication, and responsiveness in client interactions.
* This position may require overtime and weekend work.
* Adhere to PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies and procedures.
