What skills and experience we're looking for
Desired Criteria
• Level 2 or above Food Hygiene certificate
• Level 2 or above Health and Safety Certificate
• 1 Year or more Experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of working with cleaning chemicals
• Knowledge of PPE and how to deep clean kitchen equipment
• Knowledge of HACCP
Essential Criteria
• Ability to work in a team
• Able to lift heavy items (Manual Handling training will be given)
• Flexible approach to work
• Ability to transport between sites
