An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional individual to lead Frameworks Property Services Department. Your main role will be to ensure Framework’s property stock, (Residential and Office Accommodation), is kept in good order, voids are minimised and properties are compliant with legislation.
You will manage a large team covering a variety of disciplines related to property maintenance and work closely with Framework’s Housing Management and Support Services to ensure the highest quality service is delivered to our residents.
Experience of procuring and managing contractors and staff and an up-to-date knowledge of regulation, in particular Consumers Standards and building safety are a must.
