We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Fire Door Working Foreman to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of fire door installers, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of fire door installation projects. This is a hands-on role that involves organizing the daily tasks of installers, conducting quality inspections, and managing materials and logistics.
Key Responsibilities for the fire door working forman
* Supervise and coordinate a team of fire door installers, assigning tasks based on skill sets and project requirements.
* Perform on-site quality inspections to ensure all installations meet safety standards and regulations.
* Ensure all materials are organized and available for the team, ensuring smooth workflows and preventing delays.
* Coordinate logistics, including van usage, fuel card management, and transportation of materials.
* Maintain records of daily activities, including installation progress, quality checks, and any issues.
* Act as the point of contact for any site-related queries, liaising with clients and other contractors when necessary.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
