Job Title: Adults Senior Practitioner – Multi-Disciplinary Team
Location: Trafford Council
Rate: £32 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available for an Adults Senior Practitioner. They are looking for a new member to join the Multi-Disciplinary Team in Trafford.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Practitioner, you will lead and supervise social care staff, ensuring high-quality care and promoting the role of mental health social work. You will work closely with service users to support their social inclusion and recovery, manage a limited caseload of complex cases, and provide guidance on relevant legislation. Additionally, you will contribute to service development to uphold social work values.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
