Job Title: IT Project Coordinator Department: Information Technology Number of vacancies:1 Job Salary: £39000 -£42000 per annum Location: Bracknell Job Type: Full-Time Starting date: 28/03/2025 Closing date: 28/04/2025 Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of technology-related projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate resources, schedules, and communications between project teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and documentation. Monitor project progress and handle routine updates to stakeholders. Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and status reviews. Track and manage project risks, issues, and change requests. Maintain project repositories, technical documentation, risk registers, and change logs. Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately. Support resource allocation and workload balancing across teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and vendors. Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello) to track tasks and progress. Support implementation of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project methodologies. Prepare project status reports and presentations. Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing when required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or experience in related field. Good experience in IT project coordination or software development projects. Strong understanding of the SDLC, DevOps pipelines, and IT infrastructure components. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with project management tools is a plus. PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is an advantage.
