Content Creator Apprentice
Liberdade is a pioneering arts and social enterprise based in the North East of England. Operating from Gosforth Civic Theatre, they use the arts as a tool to improve the lives of people with learning disabilities and autism. Youll be joining a passionate and supportive team at the heart of an organisation thats making a real difference in the local community. Expect an exciting, purpose-driven role with loads of variety from live events to creative campaigns, no two days will be the same.
A Typical Day in the Job
Create and schedule content for social media platforms
Design and print marketing materials (e.g. leaflets and posters)
Assist with campaign planning and content production for projects
Work within budget constraints for campaigns and track project costs
Liaise with departments via Monday.com to manage requests for marketing content
Evaluate campaign impact with internal teams to increase outreach and ROI
Support email marketing and wider campaign activity
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager on day-to-day delivery
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
A passion for marketing and content creation
Creative flair and confidence in sharing new ideas
A proactive, get up and go attitude
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
An interest in inclusive arts, events, or community work is a bonus
A Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths and a Grade 4/C in GCSE English is required for this role
Salary, Hours &?Benefits
Salary: £17,000 £18,500 per annum
Hours: Monday Friday, 9 am 5 pm (37.5 hours per week)
Flexibility for evening work (e.g. gigs and shows) time off in lieu given

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in content creation and digital marketing. Afterwards, well support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships
This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective content creator.
With our expert online training and one-to-one support, youll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful content as part of a professional marketing team.
