We are recruiting for a Senior Food & Beverage Operations Administrator to support the park team with their daily operation. This role is fast paced and requires someone with the ability to multi-task and ensure the Food and Beverage department deliver to their targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
Shift Pattern:
5 days out of 7 with shifts ranging between the hours of 8am and 8pm

What does this role entail?
A day in the life of a Senior Food and Beverage Operations Administrator would include:
* Managing a small team of Operations Administrators, ensuring that the team are working effectively and that all administration tasks are being completed to a high standard
* Supporting the Food and Beverage management team with the daily, weekly, and monthly administration tasks to ensure consistently high standards are met across the site catering establishments
* Reviewing weekly HACCP paperwork, ensuring all food units are compliant with the Aramark food safety policy
* Assisting the Senior management team by running reports on financials, KPI's, labour and food wastage
* Assisting the Food & Beverage Training and Recruitment Manager in relation to recruitment, training, and the development of Food & Beverage Hosts
* Reviewing schedules to ensure there is sufficient daily staffing
* Checking over payroll, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and any issues are raised
* Assisting the Senior Managers by enforcing company policies and attending employee relations meetings
* Supporting the department with stock ordering and stock management
