NUMBER OF DIRECT REPORTS None MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE - The Client Implementation Manager responsible to deliver end to end global/regional implementation projects which cover all aspects of Transaction Banking(TB) products for our clients; - The role holder support to drive strategic priorities of the TB business to achieve optimal time to revenue and promoting positive culture; - Cultivate and nurture strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through effective communication, understanding client's treasury and business needs, and ensure customer satisfaction with implementation journey. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Ability to work independently and employ logical problem-solving skills to Identify, remove, and own any blockers that may affect a successful implementation to deliver a best-in-class customer experience; - Consistently deliver best in class implementation, integration and documentation experience for clients and internal stakeholders in most efficient and globally consistent approach; - Deliver enhanced client experience through consultative approach which contribute to streamline their business workflow, optimise customer's investment such as in treasury management system (TMS) and enterprise resource planner (ERP); - Excellent communication skills, with experience of adapting style and approach to global audience and message to be delivered to both customers and internal stakeholders. - Fluent in industry standard in corporate and bank communication messaging(such as ISO20022 standards, SWIFT for Corporates), knowledge in latest digital development(e.g. RestAPI) and testing processes and methodologies. - A subject matter expert in digital channels and underlying systems and processes and payment landscape regionally, with a global awareness. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WORK EXPERIENCE Essential: - Proven experience of successful project management, utilising relevant tools and techniques to ensure consistent delivery is essential. - Excellent Time Management skills to ensure prioritisation of key deals and tasks to maintain the required project timelines is essential. - Demonstrate vast experience working in customer facing roles through strong track record in client centricity is essential;. - Experienced in participate or lead change which improves business effectiveness in sustainable ways.
