Senior Support Worker Salary - £31,935 per annum (this salary includes completing 1 sleep-in shift per week). The hourly rate for this role is £13.00 per hour. As a Senior Support Worker, you will deliver and role model the highest standards of teamwork and maintain strong reporting/recording systems. You will create a warm and caring environment, in which we can meet the emotional, physical, and social care needs of our young people.
