City & Guilds or an equivalent recognized apprenticeship (ideally with an electrical bias). Industry Experience – Background in parcel handling, FMCG, or manufacturing. Technical Knowledge – Familiarity with inverter drives, SCADA control, Profibus, AS-i, and PC/PLC control (preferred). Proven Performance – Experience meeting contractual targets, PM schedules, and KPIs. Service Excellence – Strong ability to manage and improve supply chain engineering service contracts. Strong Communication – Clear written and verbal skills, including report writing and presentations. Continuous Improvement Mindset – Committed to implementing best practices and driving service enhancements.
