About the Role:
As a Senior Process Engineer at our Cleckheaton office, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects. You'll be responsible for leading and executing process engineering activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are met. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of process engineering solutions.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
* Conduct detailed process evaluations, simulations, and analyses to optimize performance and identify improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process engineering solutions seamlessly into project execution plans.
* Mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development within the organization.
What you will bring to Engenda:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Proven experience in process engineering within the industrial sector, with a focus on chemical processes.
* Strong proficiency in process simulation software and engineering design tools.
* In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices. COMAH preferred.
* Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
