About the Role
VANRATH are partnering with our client in Logistics in the recruitment of a HR Advisor on a fixed term contract basis. You will drive strategic HR initiatives across multiple countries, supporting leadership and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
2. Ensure compliance with local employment laws and best HR practices.
3. Lead and contribute to key HR projects and change management initiatives.
4. Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
5. Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
6. Support recruitment and talent development to enhance workforce capability.
Essential Criteria:
1. 2+ years HR generalist experience.
2. CIPD qualification or relevant degree (desirable).
3. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
4. Experience coaching and advising senior stakeholders.
5. Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
