Job Overview
The Procurement Manager will spearhead efforts to maximise value, optimise benefits, and enhance efficiency in indirect procurement across the Region and the Group. Working closely with the LKQE IDP team, they will ensure that key internal stakeholders are not just satisfied but delighted by consistently delivering on expectations related to cost (TCO), quality, service, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all tender renewal processes for indirect procurement. This can include going through 3 quote processing, liaising with functions on requirements, liaising with key suppliers and being responsible for meeting all deadlines.
2. Building relationships with all suppliers cross functionally to ensure maximum efficiency and cost savings.
3. Working closely with key stakeholders ensuring they are aware of governance and process.
4. Supporting the Head of IDP on deployment of strategies for the UK&I business.
5. Be a primary point of contact and reference for Indirect Procurement for both internal and external customers for UK Business.
6. Ensure effective implementation and compliance with new procurement processes including systems such as Coupa and Babbage.
7. Analysing supplier performance closely, meeting with suppliers regularly to ensure efficiencies and that LKQ ECP are receiving the best price and service possible.
8. Establish and maintain clear communication channels with key stakeholders (region/country management, operations, functions) through regular business review meetings and clear communication matrix.
Skills and Experience
1. Significant experience working in procurement with experience in Indirect Procurement.
2. Degree or CIPPS is desirable.
3. Experienced in managing stakeholder relationships.
4. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels in the business.
5. Experienced in working in a matrix organization.
